In case of returns and product exchanges, to proceed with the return of the product, it is necessary to submit a request using the appropriate form explaining the reasons for the request. The MeZemer team will evaluate the request and will send a response to the address provided.
In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005, if the product you purchased does not satisfy you, you can return it to the manufacturer within 14 days from the date of receipt.
If the reason for the return/product exchange is attributable to the company responsible for the sale of the product or to the state of deterioration/damage following the shipping service, the expense in question will be borne by the company responsible for the sale.
If the reason for the return/product exchange is attributable to the customer's reconsideration of the purchase, for any reason, then the expense in question will be charged to the customer, and you can choose the courier you prefer.
The package with the product to be shipped must be presented to the post office with the product inside, packaged in the same way it was received at the customer's address, and an identification card of the package containing the following information:
- Name and surname of the customer
- Telephone number of the customer
- Shipping address
