We have paid particular attention to the Merlot grape, with the belief that it can best express its potential. To do this, we have selected the richest and finest grapes from the best vineyards located in the hills around Durazzo, where exposure, location and soil are fundamental to guarantee perfect ripening of the grapes. Thanks to an appropriate fermentation and aging technique, we managed to create a complete wine in terms of structure, aroma and taste.

This wine is the result of a rigorous selection of the highest quality Merlot grapes, characterized by an exceptional concentration, coming from excellent soils and with a very low yield per vine. Thanks to careful fermentation and aging in barriques lasting 18 months, the wine presents intense aromas characteristic of aging, accompanied by an intense ruby ​​color. This wine is particularly suitable for pairing with various types of roast meat and should be served at a temperature between 18 and 20°C.
