Tasting Notes

Deep ruby in the glass. Plum and fresh mint up front, with a soft touch of violet. Dry and full bodied, with firm tannins, good freshness, and a long finish. Lovely now, and it will keep developing for several more years.

Serve & Pair

Serve at about 18°C (64°F), and open it 30 minutes before pouring to let the tannins soften. Pairs with grilled steak, lamb chops with herbs, grilled meats and qofte, game, and aged cheeses.
