Traditional Distillation Method
Distilled using centuries-old traditional methods, this raki is made from fermented Kallmet grape juice, distilled in copper cauldrons and aged to develop a rich and complex flavour. The maturation process includes 6 months in stainless steel containers, followed by 3 years in French oak barrels and 6 months in the bottle, ensuring perfect maturation.

This spirit is a production of the famous Kallmet region and its villages, reflecting the unique terroir conditions: an ideal climate combined with rich, fertilized soils that give Kallmet grapes their distinctive character.
100% Native Kallmet Grapes
It follows that it is made exclusively with Kallmet grapes, an ancient variety grown mainly in the districts of Lezha and Shkodra. It follows that this grappa presents a rich, composite aroma, which is varietal and due to long aging.
