Orange takes the name from its type.
It is a pure Shesh i bardhe, fermented in steel containers for approximately 35 days on its skins. Fermentation is natural with indigenous yeasts without temperature control.
After fermentation and natural decantation, the wine matures in an Italian-made cocciopesto amphora for approximately 16 months. It refines in the bottle inside the cellar for approximately 6 months at a constant temperature of 12°C.

Medaur winery is founded in 2003, located in Koplik in the area of Malaysia and Madhe, Albania. Federico Cerelli has been leading the "Medaur" winery for 4 years.
