Produced from Shesh i Bardhë grapes grown on the hills of Durrës, this wine represents the best of Albanian winemaking tradition. The vines enjoy ideal sun exposure on well-drained soils, which enables it to develop rich aromas.
Production Method
Harvesting by hand takes place in mid-September. The fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15°C is done in stainless steel tanks. The scents and aromas of the grape variety will be kept in the best possible way this way, with the purpose of creating an aromatic and well-balanced white wine.
Organoleptic Characteristics
The Shesh i Bardhë 2020 excels with its bright straw yellow color and richly floral nose of white flowers and pollen. On the palate it is fresh, with a nice acidity and floral notes that make it perfect as an aperitif wine.
Food Pairings and Serving Temperature
Ideal to serve with seafood, fresh fish and delicate cheeses. To fully appreciate its aromatic qualities, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature between 10 and 12 ° C.
