Description
The Medaur winery stands for quality for each variety, highlighting the distinctive character of the Zagori area in the "Malaysia and Madhe" region. We are fully committed to every stage of production and processing to guarantee an excellent product. Our Chardonnay has a delicate oak aroma, a classic apple aroma, moderate acidity and a beautiful golden hue. After storing it for 5 months in fresh oak barrels, it has a relaxing taste and goes perfectly with fish, pizza and fruit dishes. The alcohol content is 12.5% ​​and the ideal temperature for storage and serving is 8-12℃. This Chardonnay offers a French flavor and appearance, but is carefully produced in Albania.

Medaur winery is founded in 2003, located in Koplik in the area of Malaysia and Madhe, Albania. Federico Cerelli has been leading the "Medaur" winery for 4 years. He follows every step from production to the final stage of bottling. Federico is an Italian winemaker and has overseen important wineries in the Chianti area of Tuscany such as: Antinori, Castello di Gabbiano, Cavalliere d'oro.
