Description
Lyhnid is the ancient name of Lake Ohrid. The lake has a very large impact on the climate of the area, directly influencing the quality of the grapes in the surrounding area. To create a product that best presents the characteristics of the territory and the identity of the producer, Cantina Caco brings the product Lyhnid i Kuq, a blend of the red varieties most cultivated in the vineyards of the Pogradec area, Gems, a typical variety of the area , and Merlot. Red wine with different aromas, excellent body, warm and a goodness that lasts.
About the producer
Caco winery started its activity in 1993 with the production of brandy, around 2000 it started the production of wine, in 2018 the whole new production line was renovated with Italian technology. Currently 3 labels of grappa and 6 labels of wine are produced.
