Flavor and Aroma Profile
This extra virgin olive oil has a bright light green color and medium fruitiness. Distinct aromas of crisp green apple, freshly cut grass, and a delicate hint of almond complement each other perfectly. Well-balanced, the taste carries moderate bitterness followed by a mild spiciness, hosting a delightful blend of flavors from ripe fruits, herbs, and fresh garden vegetables. A delicate herbaceous quality lingers on the palate, making this a versatile and flavorful oil for any meal.
Production Method
Hand-picked Kalinjot olives, native to southern Albania, are carefully cold-pressed in our mill to preserve their health benefits. Cultivated on the hills of Skrofotina, Cerkovina, and Trevllazer near Vlora, this oil captures the richness of the region's terroir. In close collaboration with the Albanian Organic Agriculture Association, we ensure that every bottle represents the perfect standard of organic farming.
International Recognition
To date, MUSAI olive oil has collected over 14 gold medals, demonstrating its excellence. These include numerous awards from the Italian BIOL International Competition and the NYIOOC in New York. Each recognition reinforces our commitment to producing a truly exceptional olive oil.

High phenolic olive oilThe raw material’s source of supply for our mill remains the Southern Region of the country, which is richin the olive groves of native variety called “Kalinjot”. These olives, carefully harvested and post-harvestmanaged are cold pressed in our facility. All this process enables the olive oil to keep the most of its healthbenefits. Kalinjot Olives are rich in high polyphenol and shows high levels of aroma compounds.The qualitative and nutritional ingredients of this oil meet the European standards.
