The wine must have been stored incorrectly, or it was just too old. In any case, it has a slightly brownish colour and a rather flat taste. But it is recognisable that it was once a good wine

The Uka ceruja has a well balanced acidity and mineral flavor, with a very unusual aftertaste. It won't go with all the usual white wine dishes, but would add interest to a whitefish or other lighter flavored fare. I'm sorry to see that Me Zemer is sold out of the 2018. I hope they offer later vintages.
