Aroma and Flavor Profile

Production Method

Kallmet grapes are hand-picked from organic vineyards in northern Albania, with meticulous attention at every stage of production. Late harvest is followed by 48 hours of cold maceration, then 12–15 days of controlled fermentation. Further aging in oak barrels, combined with one year of bottle maturation, allows the development of the authentic flavors characteristic of Kallmet grapes.
