Flavor and Aroma Profile
This extra virgin olive oil has a bright light green color and medium fruitiness. Distinct aromas of crisp green apple, freshly cut grass, and a delicate hint of almond complement each other perfectly. Production Method
Hand-picked Kalinjot olives, native to southern Albania, are carefully cold-pressed in our mill to preserve their health benefits. Cultivated on the hills of Skrofotina, Cerkovina, and Trevllazer near Vlora, this oil captures the richness of the region's terroir. In close collaboration with the Albanian Organic Agriculture Association, we ensure that every bottle represents the perfect standard of organic farming.
